The material is great. It’s plenty stiff and strong. I test fit some Peltor adaptors to it and they worked perfectly. Everything seems to be within spec. I mounted them onto a Protech Delta 5.If you have a thinner helmet, you’ll need some 16 and 20 mm long M6-1.0 screws. I also added 5/16” nylon flange bushings since the screw holes are bigger than the screws.I gave this 4 stars because minor fitting was required to get the perfect fit. I could have simply bolted these on and they would function just fine, but a large portion would’ve stood off of the helmet with gaps of up to about 3mm at the top. I trimmed the reliefs for the edge of the helmet and a little bit inside near the mounting holes to get it to sit more flush.Overall these are functional and cosmetically decent as is, but with a little work they’re near perfect.
