I bought this and the 2-clamp brackets to see which would hold my cheap Schwinn pump on my bike. The 2-clamp bracket held the pump too close to the frame, so one end would not fully clamp onto the pump. With this single-clamp bungee bracket, there’s more clearance from the frame, and you can flip the bracket orientation over to give yourself more room if needed. From the 2-pack that I received, I’m using one on my DB hardtail on the downtube, and one on my fat tire e-bike on the seat post (with aftermarket bottle cage bracket). The only thing that I question about is the rubber bungee strap, and to see how well that’ll hold up over time. If that strap ever snaps or breaks, then I’m going to immediately lose my pump during my ride. But for the cheap price of $6 for the pair of these brackets, I bought an extra set and keep the extra rubber bungee strap in my bike saddle pouch – and keep the brackets as spares in case these ever break.
