This means it has high amounts of fine web-like seams of intramuscular fat, so much so that the meat actually appears quite white. Treat yourself – this beef is in a class of its own! What sets our grain-fed wagyu beef apart is the tailored diet, that is GMO-Free wheat straw, GMO-Free maize silage and GMO-Free maize. Lucerne used in the signature grower ration is also grown on the property, and all GMO-Free products are produced on the farm. All our cattle is fed for an average of 380 days in the feedlot that ensures a consistent product.
